Guide Dogs of the Desert, a nonprofit organization that trains guide dogs for the blind, met again at El Camino Ranch in Redlands on Saturday, May 19, to bring about 30 volunteers and their puppies together for training and fun.

The puppies are raised by volunteers from all over Southern California until they are old enough to begin their formal training at the nonprofit’s facilities in Palm Springs. This was the group’s second visit to El Camino Ranch for training that is meant to expose puppies to novel situations and other animals.
