Study finds too much sleep could lead to dying younger

Sleeping for more than the recommended seven to eight hours per night could lead to dying younger, according to new research. A study suggests those who sleep for 10 hours are 30 per cent more likely to die prematurely than those who sleep for eight. Researchers from the universities of Keele, Leeds, Manchester and East Anglia conducted the study, which was published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.
